This Broad is one woman
that creates a party atmosphere everywhere she
goes. Far from the sweet little old lady type
this ornery, sharp-tongued yet endearing
improvisational and well rehearsed one-of-a-kind
personality is "Outrageous" Ottawa Sun.
Her memorable appearance is always a crowd
pleaser. The show varies in content somewhat
depending on the audience, time of year or
"victim". Often times this is the character of
choice for the President of the company's
birthday or that all important board meeting
that needs a little tension breaker or the
answer to getting one over on that well known
practical joker.
As the has been stripper she never sheds her
clothes but always delivers a lot of laughs!
The Theater bug bit in
the early years of elementary school. While most
children went outside for recess a few kids
stayed behind to rehearse a play put on for
their classmates.
Guess who was always chosen to play the witch?
Since she was exceptionally good and had a
natural ability for voices, that "type casting"
continued during high school as well.
Her private boarding school education, although
pre "Fame", was largely a theatrical one as well
as academic. Having been schooled in everything
from Shakespeare to Gilbert & Sullivan complete
with voice lessons and Ballet classes, comedy
took over her adult education.
Having began her career in the trenches of
Toronto's Yuk Yuk's in the late 80's she soon
moved on to more lucrative venues performing for
private parties and corporate events.
Now as a seasoned veteran and pioneer in her
field she is the character to have when you want
a more personalized performance with an
interactive comedian who performs more of a
dialogue with the audience than just another
monologue
